I started working in sexuality when I was just 15, volunteering with the Italian Red Cross. The only campaign that accepted minors at that time was one about sexual education. That experience shaped everything I believe today: sex is natural, not taboo, and that when we talk about it with honesty and curiosity, shame starts to lose its power.
Over the years, I studied medicine, psychotherapy, and sexology, exploring how body, mind, and emotions intertwine to create the experience of desire. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals and couples who thought something was “wrong” with them, only to discover that their bodies were simply asking to be listened to in a new way.
My approach combines science and embodiment: I teach the neuroscience of desire, but I also guide you through practical ways to feel again: through breath, movement, curiosity, and play.
That’s how Your Desire Project was born: a 3-month experience that turns evidence-based sex therapy tools into something accessible, warm, and deeply human.
If you’ve ever thought “I’ve lost my desire,” you’re not broken. You’re just disconnected. And reconnection is absolutely possible.

You’ll get 12 expert-led video lectures, practical weekly exercises, and guided reflections — all based on the latest science of desire. You’ll also join weekly live check-in calls and a private peer group for support, sharing, and accountability.
This program is designed for people who want to understand and rekindle their sexual desire in a conscious, science-based way. It’s for anyone who feels their spark has faded, who’s curious about what drives desire, or who wants to feel more confident and connected in intimacy.
However, this program is not for everyone. It’s not therapy or medical treatment, and it doesn’t replace professional help for trauma, abuse, or clinical conditions affecting sexual health. It’s also not a quick-fix or entertainment-style course — you’ll be invited to reflect, practice, and engage actively.
Most participants spend 1–2 hours per week watching lectures, doing short exercises, and joining the group call. Everything is flexible — you can follow along live or catch up later at your own pace.
Yes. Your privacy matters. The platform is secure, and group calls are conducted in a safe, supportive environment. You decide how much you want to share — no pressure, no judgment.
You’ll gain a clear understanding of how desire works — biologically, emotionally, and relationally. Most participants report feeling more connected to their bodies, more confident expressing needs, and more playful and relaxed about pleasure.
